Subject: Petition: One-time Race Change
Blizzard has hinted many a time, when asked if WoTF was overpowered or working as intended, that it was indeed working as intended and that other racial abilities would be brought up to par with it.

The patch notes that were quickly removed mentioned both changes to Orc and Troll races (although whether or not these changes are *at all* helpful is up to you).

I propose that if Blizzard changes something so fundamental to each character (that have already been created and had a lot of time spent on) that they must then allow everyone a one-time race change. It would obviously not allow you to change to the opposite faction, or change race to a race that your class doesn't allow, but for those of us stuck with sub-par racial abilities, let us change. Especially now that WoW has been out for a while and everyone has seen what the traits actually do, and no longer just what they appear as on paper.

This is very complicated, and at this time we have no plans to allow a race change.

We have no plans to do this, Lilim. I'm sorry if this disappoints you, but I do not believe it could be implemented in an efficient and functional manner at this time even if we wanted to allow this change.
