	Just wondering. I have had horrible support from Dell because of this. It could explain the long wait for responses and well not so great responses you actually get from them.

	Unless I've been relocated to India without my knowledge, the answer is no, they're stationed in an area of the building very near the Community Office. I'm sorry that you aren't satisfied with the wait time or quality of responses, however improvements have been made since launch and steps are taken each day to improve the quality of our support.
