Subject: Character Issue Resolved
Thank you for contacting us regarding your missing character. The issue preventing some characters from being viewed from the character selection screen has been resolved. Unfortunately, newly created characters which were made between the weekly maintenance and when the servers were brought down to address the issue were created with duplicate names, and cannot be accessed. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

Q u o t e:
So... those chars are toast?

The only characters that will remain inaccessible are those that were created in the small window of time between the scheduled weekly maintenance and when we took the realms down after identifying the problem a couple of hours later. All other characters will now show up properly for players.
