Wow, that really sounds like a letter, but anyways...
Suprise, this isn't a random spam whine about the game, or a ploy to get your attention, but rather a personal thanks.
Your job has to be one of the hardest ones out there I know of...sorting though thousands of messages each day on the forums to find the ones that really, really mean something to the Devs.
You do an awesome job =). People may whine, but heck, you stick out more than I ever could, I can't put up with the whining on the forums just reading them! You're doing a job and putting up with it daily, and that takes endurance.
