My question: Why? Why should we waste our time emailing a support center that will not respond? They don't send so much as an automated message saying they received the email. So why? You lock threads and tell us to use this email address for our concerns, but our concerns are never acknowledged. Please do not lock this thread, I am seriously asking why?

I hope I will get an actual post from you, preferrably one I can respond to.

   That eMail address goes to the right people in the company to hear your concerns regarding your GM experience. The boards are not a good way of communicating with said people. If you would like your voice to truly count in such situations, that eMail address is the one to use.

We have communication channels set up for certain questions, support, and feedback. While the forums are fine for some, others are best directed to the proper people directly, and that is when we give an eMail address such as wowgmfeedback-us.

   That eMail address is the one to use, Tarvok.

We have many, many customers and many people who use that address. Now, the "right people" in this case are supervisors, managers, etc. who are obviously extremely busy in a given day. In an ideal world, you would get detailed responses from said people and be able to carry on a conversation, but the reality of the matter is that there are far too many people and not enough supervisors to do more with that feedback box than read in most cases.

So rest assured that your voice is heard when you eMail that address. There just simply aren't enough hours in the day to respond to them all. :)
