Subject: Caydiem, Call me a liar again.
In a locked post I stated that I had called Blizzards Customer Support line BEFORE 6:00 PM Pacific and that there was a message from them that there was nobody to answer the phones cause they were all in a company meeting. You stated that I should not spread "False Rumors" Caydien. Then you locked the post.
I am stating that

1 I personally called blizzard before 6:00 PM pacific.

2 That the message I posted about I did hear from them.

Now. I know that at least 100 others on this forum called around that time and heard the message. So please for all of us.
Call me a liar again.

Our entire customer service department did not shut down at anytime today, Dishevel. Only the technical support division was, and only forty-five minutes earlier than scheduled. I apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused you.

The patch was released yesterday. The technical support department closed forty-five minutes early today to tend a meeting that was integral for purposes of providing support. Again, I'm sorry for this inconveience, however, please keep in mind that you can always send an email to wowsupport@blizzard.com or post in our Technical Support forum during anytime that phone support is unavailable.
