Was this whopping 4 DPS unintentional?
Why aren't there more changes to the feral tree?
These were the main things you confirmed, in your feedback post. You said they were making feral talent changes, such as a bear abiltity being able to heal while in bear form using rage. Now i read in these patch notes that every druid gets it, REGARDLESS of talent build.
Primal Instict is worthless, and with the whopping 4 dps increase, this makes all cat increases worthless except for bloody paws and such. Compared to Hurricane, even though it sucks right now, will be great with Barkskin, and Innervate, which is great and makes you pretty much hard to take down.
The best of the feral tree can be gained withen 20-15 points invested. Not 30, 15-20.
Im happy with most of the changes except for the Cat DPS wimpy boost. I could get the same dps using a twig.
Please, dont make Cat Form worthless to attack in.
Bear Form can attack about 3/4 as good as cat form currently, and can tank 3.6x more then cat form.

They are still working on the Feral Combat tree, but changes to talents are treated more carefully. I did say changes were coming, but I did not say "in the next patch".
