That was when priests were asked for feedback by Fangtooth.

Without flaming, I am asking if you believe that 6 weeks is an adequate amount of time? I could understand 6 weeks to make changes, but it seems excessive for it to take 6 weeks to just generate a post back to those customers who took a great deal of time to generate feedback on the subject.

You asked for our feedback, and we came through. We are asking the same of you. To have zero posts with information in 1 1/2 months. It is obvious that you are too busy right now for this task. Are there other CMs available that could work on this issue? Is it possible to get a response written up before the 3 month mark? Do you believe this is acceptable behavior, and that we as customers should not expect answers within 2 months?

If it takes 2 months to generate a post, I am disappointed with the thought of how long it could take to actually make the changes.

Thanks

I am indeed sorry that you have not yet received developer feedback on your class. Fangtooth has not forgotten about you -- he works on getting information for you every day he's here.

He brought your issues to the development team, but the answer to the majority of the issues was something to the extent of "we don't know what we're doing about that issue yet". It is on the minds of both Fangtooth and the developers themselves, but we have nothing substantial to give you quite yet, and I do apologize for it.

I'll let him know that you want more frequent updates, even if those updates don't have much substance -- it helps you know what's going on and where things stand. I did something similar with the Druids and it worked well. :)

Q u o t e:
Why can't Fangtooth take 2 minutes out of his day and come talk to us?

/sigh

We all work different shifts, and we do have days off from time to time. This is Fangtooth's time to bathe in his pool and spend time with his Murloc brethren, so I'm communicating for him. :)
