The following notes have been added to the public test realm patch notes.
Unfortunately, we could not add them to the patch.txt included with the patch due to time restraints, but these changes are available on the public test realm and should also be included when the content patch goes live.
You can view the complete public test realm patch notes here:

-----------------
* Players who have completed the Molten Core discovery quest can now port directly to the zone, bypassing Blackrock Depths.
* Divine Favor - Fixed a bug that prevented the effect from being removed, allowing all Flash of Light and Holy Light spells to crit for the full duration.
* Bind on Pickup items that are of a quality below the default group loot threshold (white/gray) will no longer require confirmation before looting.
* Various Bind on Pickup items that were previously of common quality (white) have been changed to green (ie: Corruptor's Scourgestone).
* Several of the dungeon and raid armor sets have been updated with their non-placeholder textures. These sets include the Devout, Prophecy, Elements, Arcanist's and Wildheart sets. Future patches will update more dungeon and raid sets.

Q u o t e: The nerf is that ammo pouches had been giving greater haste bonuses than their tooltip displayed, ever since early beta. Problem was, the class had been designed around this, and hunter damage had been nerfed downwards in beta to compensate for it - that's why high end rifles all are 30ish dps while high end axes etc. are 50ish dps.
Now, they're fixing that bug, though, which amounts to fixing the same problem twice -- which will take hunter DPS down by about 8%-16%, depending. This will affect every hunter who uses a pouch or quiver.
The funny thing is that people complained about this -- and early reports from the test server claimed that our weapons had been adjusted upwards! BUT, it turned out, what had really been done was that they just also fixed the bug where DPS bonuses from ammo weren't displaying. Before, you got te bonus, but it didn't list on your character screen. Now it will show up.
So most hunters, when they see this patch, will (thanks to a conveniently undocumented bug fix) think their DPS is going up, when in fact, it's gone down (due to Blizzard fixing the same problem twice).
The quiver/ammo pouch haste % bug was fixed, but we did not artificially lower ranged weapon DPS to compensate for this bug.
