Blizzard stated in another thread similiar to this that the game already has enough abilities that take control away from a player and they do not intend on adding more.
In other words it's not happening- and I am pleased by that.
This is a fairly good assessment of our stance on Taunt in PvP. As I'm sure you noticed, we have over a period of months, reduced the effect of spells that take away control in PvP situations. We do not plan to add the use of Taunt in PvP.
