We've received reports about some items previously reimbursed by Game Masters on specific realms going missing. We are investigating this issue diligently and will keep you updated on the matter.

Investigations have been completed and show that this issue only affects items reimbursed prior to April 2006, and the cause was an erroneous maintenance script. Players affected by this should contact a GM in-game with information about the lost item to have it restored as soon as it's been confirmed that it was lost due to this error.
