Thundy has posted a warning(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=979727) to all ye who wish to destroy the balance between good and evil on the forums. As seen at the time of the Kilrogg, Al'Akir and migration issues, people think they can get their way by spamming. This is incorrect. Anyone who participate in such 'campaigns' will get a permaban. Same with harrasment, although legal procedures may be enforced for particularly bad posts. These are the player's forums, everyone has the right to post here, but you lose that right if you abuse it.
The support staff went MIA today, due to labour day as explained in this(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=981350) post. No technical support or game masters were available. It's not their fault(Damn laws!) and they'll be back tuesday. Although I couldn't do anything about the in-game problems, I did help out in the Technical Support Forum(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/board.aspx?fn=wow-tech-support-en)

They are aware of this and hope to fix it soon, as well as lag issues on most older/denser realms which are affecting instances too. There's also some good news about login issues! Thundy informs us(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=980405) that an Authentication upgrade is on the way, which should own the login issues both on the forums and in-game.
Migration Update
Good news for migrators this week. Scared you might leave your guild behind? I know I would be. Thanks to Thundy(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=975149) this shouldn't be a problem. Simply follow the instructions in that thread to send him an email and all your guild will be transferred, now that's service!
Aeus has posted a new Migration FAQ(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=977542) - Give it a read before you start moaning!
Remember that Blizzard can close down or redirect any migration at any time based on the population of the involved realms, so move fast! Also, the migration may be closed on wednesdays due to the extra load on the servers after maintenance. The migrations will be open only between 03:00 and 15:00 CEST (GMT/UTC +2) each day.

Blizzard have released an excellent piece of lore(http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/underdev/1p11/naxxramas/roadtodamnation.html) about Naxxramas, the new instance set for Patch 1.11. It details the journey of Kel'Thuzad, powerful mage of Dalaran, to Northrend where he swears allegiance to the Lich King and watches as Naxxramas is pulled from the ice and starts floating towards Lordaeron.
If you enjoyed reading it, you will definitely enjoy the instance itself. A "40-man raid dungeon that will present even the most experienced and powerful players with an epic challenge". Oh boy!

Stack Increases + Item Cooldowns
Coming on the list of improvements are two cool changes to both inventory management(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=982438) and usable item cooldowns(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=978494)
In Patch 1.11 the following items will stack to 20:
Leather (Light, Medium, etc.)
Cured Hides (Light, Medium, etc.)
Shards (Small Brilliant, etc.)
Enchanting Dusts (Strange, Illusion, etc.)
Vanishing Powder
Rogue Poisons (Instant, Crippling, etc.)
Rogue Poison Reagents (Essence of Pain, Deathweed, etc.)
Hides (Light, Medium, etc.) will stack to 10
This is a big help to skinners, enchanters and rogues who can be short on space so much of the time.
The other change is that most non-equippable consumable items with right click abilities(E.G. Potions) will only trigger shared cooldowns on items in the same 'category' to make them easier to use. No specifics yet, but this should make usable items a lot more useful!
Back to Band Camp
Since Patch 1.10, which was literally weeks ago, over 3100 accounts have been banned for breaking the Terms of Use. Most were using Third-Party programs, others were trading gold for real money(An instant permaban offense), but what they all had in common was that they were negatively impacting the game for other players.
Although a number of these are caught by Game Masters and anti-cheat programs, a large percentage were reported by legit players such as yourself. Only you can stop 'players' (/spit) like them from ruining the game for you and your comrades. Contact a Game Master or email hacks@blizzard.com if you suspect somebody of breaking the Terms of Use. If they are caught that's one less cheater to be worried about. If it turns out they were playing legitimately, no action will be taken against your account.
