Spamming
It has unfortunately become a trend to spam the forums to try force a response. Please understand that spamming the forums is a disruption to the entire community using these forums, and stopping such behaviour takes priority over any issue the spam may concern.
So, please refrain from spamming and other violations of the forum guidelines to get attention. If the trend doesn't subside we will have no other option but to issue permanent bans from the forums to all who participate in such campaigns.
Harassment
Over the last week or so we've seen some rather harsh posts on these forums. True, there have been big issues hitting the community. However, there is a line - some have crossed it, some have come close.
While we do understand the frustration that may arise from such issues, and that people need to vent, repeated harassment (insults, wishing people dead, other unpleasant posts) will not be tolerated.
And let me make it absolutely clear: any threats against the health of anybody, and in particular Blizzard employees, will result in a permanent ban from the forums. Such posts will also be evaluated for possible legal procedures.
In general, frustration and anger is ok. But please remember that there are guidelines regardless.
