Q u o t e:
Does reporting farmers/cheats work?

Yes it does :-)

The Game Masters do investigate reports whenever a player is being reported for farming and/or cheating in-game. If the Game Masters confirm that the reported offenses indeed did happen, then actions will be taken against the account belonging to the player in question.

The actions taken against the player in question may vary depending on the severity of the offense that was done. Some offenses do not validate a permanent suspension and that is why you sometimes see an offending player in-game again a few days after you sent a report.
