Subject: About the days in a week.
Not trying to be abusive, but i noticed people in WoW ( who probably attend school 11-16)

Believe Monday is the first day of the week, cos thats when people start school again.

The week begins on
Sunday and it ends on Saturday
As you should know by logic, all planets/moons depend on the sun, This is why the Sun is the first day of the week because all the planets/moon need it to survive

(Sun)aka sunday

Moon aka Monday
Mars aka Tuesday
Mercury aka Wednesday
Jupiter aka Thursday
Venus aka Friday
Saturn aka Saturday

Russian Term and Meaning (I'm not russian)
ponedelnik - After "do-nothing"
vtornik - Second
sreda - Middle
chetverg - Fourth
pyatnitsa - Fifth
subbota - Sabbath
voskresenye - Resurrection <---- The week is resurected (BEGINS again).

Sunday could auctually be called day 0, however it is INFACT the beginning of a new week, so please if you dint study about this in humanties or w/e, It's out of term to call people idiots and say week starts on monday newb.

ty bye.

History and cultural differences aside, the ISO definition is that the week starts with Monday. ;)
