What -- Why -- When
Thundy has created a thread(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-newcomers-en&t=21565) with advice on where to start new characters for best results. The realms he recommend are: Any non full PvE realm; Haomarush, Mazrigos, Talnivarr -- PvP realms; Steamwheedle Cartel -- R-PvE realm; Scarshield Legion -- R-PvP realm. These realms are recommended for a reason. They will not be in a constant state of queues, and the activity levels are high enough to get a group.

Pallys are getting some changes(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-paladin-en&t=110330) in 1.10. Holy Shock will work with Divine Favor and Illumination and have reduced mana cost. Holy Shield's mana cost is also going down by about 15% will have a small bonus coefficient from spell damage items and effects. Seal of Command will be able to proc when the Paladin is silenced. Damage per swing and the contribution from +spell dmg gear on Seal of Righteousness when using a 2-handed weapon is increased in order to make it more competitive with Seal of Command with a 2-handed weapon.
Some warrior issues(http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-warrior-en&t=129466) are also getting looked at.
Known issues:
Sword Specialization does not proc from a special attack.
Some 'Area of Effect' spells with a specified number of affected targets will sometimes choose a Shaman's totem as one of the targets, (Intimidating Shout, Whirlwind).
The warrior ability Heroic Strike will sometimes show that it is cooling down even when it isn't
Warriors who are forced into Berserker Stance by Nefarian's Warrior class yell (Berserk debuff) do not correctly return to a stance.
Getting a fix in a future content patch:
The warrior ability Retaliation is not properly countering attacks at maximum melee range.
Warrior's Flurry talent does not proc off special attack crits unless it is fully talented.
Issue currently being researched:
Sweeping strike: Charge used up when performing Sunder armor.
Contests draw to a close
Today is the final full day of the PTR contests(http://wow-europe.com/en/contests/ptr-contest/). They will end on tuesday morning, so hurry up and level/reroll/own! I haven't really been active enough to win, but I had a lot of fun with the guys on the Honor Contest Realm.
If you are getting an error message when trying to access the PTR, delete the WoWTest folder and redownload it from here(http://test.worldofwarcraft.com/en/copy/character-copy.html) as a new version has been released. Good luck!

On the blasted world of Outland, within the heart of Hellfire Peninsula stands Hellfire Citadel, a nearly impenetrable bastion that served as the Horde's base of operations throughout the First and Second Wars. For years this gargantuan fortress was thought to be abandoned... Until recently.
This instance will only be available in the expansion, and will be for a 5 person group in the early 60s. Some loverly new features include:
Three complete dungeon wings
Awesome raid encounter
Brand new monsters and powerful bosses
Never seen before items -- Phatter loot than ever!
