Subject: Honor Ranking Page [Ragnaros]
The honor ranking page for the Ragnaros server is still not working, and not one single message from Blizzard about this issue since last wednesday.

It´s very frustrating for all guilds that are using the honor ranking as a integrated part of the guilds build-up. None of us are able to update our websites, guild rosters, etc. Should we remove all our dependencys of the honor ranking page, or will you accaully do something about the situation Blizzard?

If, after tomorrow's maintenance, some Realm's rankings are still not accurate I will raise it again internally.
To do this I will post a sticky with a template to be filled out.
So, fingers crossed, everyone.

Q u o t e:
Thanks for the reply Aeus, it is appreciated.

I have to admit though, I am actually less concerned about the actual problem as to the the response I received when I tried to investigate it.

I am also concerned that, when dissatisfied with the level of service I received (or lack thereof) that I could find nowhere an offical compaint path to follow.

Can I please have some advice on the above as well Aeus?

Thanks.
