So my windows was FUBAR and I had to reinstall it. I formatted the drive reinstalled windows and wow, downloaded all patches and logged in. When I get in everyone is nude and I cannot type anything in the chat (I can type but I can't see any chat after i press enter). After a few seconds I get disconnected.
So I install the game on my new laptop.. Same thing happens.
I try the game from my old computer and it works fine so I think maby its the windows firewall that mess up the game so I turn it off..but its still messed up.
I created a char on another server and it works fine so I delete WTB WTF and interface folders and try my main char.. but its still messed up..
Did anyone experience this and have a solution??

To me it sounds like you are suffering from the Unknown Entity problem. I would like to recommend you to read this sticky thread, which addresses this very issue:

(You should try the things mentioned in the section about Lags/Unknown Entities/Crash after quest closure/Invisible, missing or naked characters)
