This is not my account, but a friend's.
Myself as others have problems logging in into the game becaue our payment is still "Pending". I got this problem since yesterday and as I found out form reading people posts, it's connected to paying with Mastercard. We cannot change our card, we cannot log into the game, and Blizzard will only give us the days back if we call them!
I don't see any reply from Blizzard regarding the issue.

You got a reply in the original thread. I'm sorry you can't play (been there as well, lousy internet connection), but on the forum we can't help with billing issues, no matter how much we might want to. Call our Billing Department, I'm sure they will look into it for you :)
