It is said, that if you want to change your password, you have to call the customor service if you want to change your email on your account.
So i call and try to talk to them, they say that they have no idea about this and don't know what to do..
FIX this Blizzard, this is the most stupid thing i've ever seen in a MMORPG

This is clearly a case of misunderstanding. Each Customer Service person knows how to do this.
Might I suggest calling them again? And, of course, make sure you can prove that it is your account, we want to do everything securely ;)
