Subject: How do guildbanks work?
I'm wondering, how do guildbanks in bigger guilds work? I see it sometimes on sites of guilds, that the bank is filled with great stuff (fiery cores, librams, large brilliant shards, etc) and i wonder how it works. How do you get people to donate such valuable items? And how do you determine who can take certain items from the bank? I mean, wouldn't everyone want to have those arcanite bars and fiery cores to make some great weapon? Do those banks solely rely on the mercy of the members, hoping they are more social then greedy, or are there certain rules to donate and withdraw?

Many guilds use a DKP system. Basically, you get points for joining guild raids, for killing big bosses, etc. And yo can use those points to 'buy' stuff from the guild bank.
