Subject: GM issues in forums.
Why is it that every time someone tries to get some information in forum about issues GM's have dealt with, they're faced with the This is not a matter for the forums. Please take it to WoWCOncernsEU@blizzard.com. reply?

Isn't forum a good place to find out what GM policies are regarding certain issues, so answering them here would actually give people some info if they would face similar situations themselves?

It would just be good to clarify if GM's actually have certain policies or is it all about moodswings.

GM policies can be found on the website:
http://www.wow-europe.com/en/policy/
http://faq.wow-europe.com/en/category.php?id=41
You can find additional messages from the GMs here:
http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/board.aspx?fn=wow-gmmessages-en

Not all threads about GMs or in-game policies are locked. I believe this thread was created due to the locking of a particular thread just now - this one:
http://forums-en.wow-europe.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general-en&t=805303
That thread is a clear complaint about the handling of a specific case by the GMs. Such matters will not be handled by us through the forums, and are thus presented completely from one side, generally with biased and/or selective information on the matter. Due to this we direct players to WoWConcernsEU@blizzard.com, which is the proper channel for complaints about the in-game support. The forums is not.
That there is one damn fine epic you're wearin'.
