here is the question:
Is it possible to trasfer a character even if the account is frozen.
My guild is about to migrate but to take the final decision u have to know if ppl that are not playing now can transfer their characters...

As you still have access to the Account Management pages you will be able to migrate characters even if the account is currently not active.
That there is one damn fine epic you're wearin'.

As you still have access to the Account Management pages you will be able to migrate characters even if the account is currently not active.
Edit: important note! You still can't move a character which has mail in the inbox, and having a frozen account naturally you can't log in and pick up the mail. GMs can not assist with this.[ post edited by Thundgot ]
