Two friend of mine (Guild Members) lost their chars after patch 1.9
They were about lvl 40... Is there a way to have those pg back ???

As correctly mentioned by others in this thread, you need to contact the Game Masters in-game about this issue.
When you send them a ticket, please remember to mention both the name and level of the lost characters, as well as the realm they are located on.
