	"We're sorry. The Paid Character Transfer service is currently unavailable. Please check back at a later time." When will it come back? It has been down for over 2 days now. One of my characters is waiting to be transfered and has been locked. Are those transfers still being processed even the site is down? I can't even cancel transfer if I would like to, as that site isn't working where I could do that.
