We are aware that our players on the below realms experienced a disconnection issue this evening and we want to sincerely apologise for that, it should not have occurred.
We have been doing validation testing to ensure the recent latency issues are now indeed fixed.
This evening's disconnection was an very unfortunate and unexpected side effect of this procedure.
We have been working with our different partners to help all parties come to a quick resolution and while information provided to us today suggests that it is resolved at this time, we are continuing to monitor and test all aspects of connectivity to ensure the best possible play experience from this point forward.

As stated in our previous communication about the recent latency issues on the below realms, we have been continually testing our implementations and, like you, have seen some re-occurring issues.
We remain diligent in our testing efforts and will update you regularly during the course of the day.

Together with our provider we have located the cause for today's hiccough, which is made up of several different factors. We have resolved most of them, which should show players some improvement in game play. Which does, however, not take away that there is a chance players might still experience some glitches this evening. We sincerely regret this occurrence for which we wish to apologise and are still working hard to bring this entire issue to a full resolution.
We hope to update you again this evening with more detailed information.

Hey folks,
I don't think we'll still be getting an update today.
Just posting to avoid some disappointed faces. I'm sorry about this.
I'll definitely see what can be done tomorrow in regards to more info, although I have seen some positive player feedback about performance.
