Why do so many Raiding guilds seem to be so blatantly ignorant that ANY specc be equally usfull in ANY Raid-dungeons?
Firemages do just as well as Frostmages in MC/BWL on most Mobs.
Feraldruids are every inch as usefull as Restodruids.
Shadowpriests heal well enough to be comparable to Holypriests, Arms/Fury Warriors makes for everybit as good Tanks as Protection Warriors (If not even better)
Sure, forcing the "classical" Speccs will be easier at the start, but only complete noobs that have no clue how to actually specc would do better with that setup than a Guild/Alliance that has a mix of all Speccs.

Which in many cases is really good advice.
Sure some builds are more viable for raiding than others, but those who honestly believe that each class only has one viable build for raiding are wrong in my opinion, since effective raiding relies on many more factors than just specific talent builds.
