On the night before today i reported a person who was being severely rasistic in the LFG chat and also abused it several time and he also harrased several players.
As i thought that people like him should get a extremely serious warning or banned, i reported him.
Today when i logged in i found a Automated message in my mailbox.
And i thought: Finally they answear (i waited 3 hours the night before).
And what does it say? -.-

NOW WHAT ON EARTH DOES THIS GOT TO DO WITH MY REPORT?!
I seriously think that the GM's need to atleast LOOK before posting their messages... Like omg?
The message even had spelling errors -.-
Like "It¨s" instead of "It's".
Now i seriously got to ask: Is the GM staff made out of bots or are they real life people who actually do look at what that is reported? -.-
Is it just me who have received such bad replys or is this something unique? :P
If any CM tries to delete this i will simply repost it in a half hour becouse it doesn't break any rules and therefor got no reason to be deleted. -.-
This is not offtopic becouse it is a issue inside the game so it should not be reposted somewhere else either :P

Of course it is bad when something like this happens, but it has happened in the past, and will happen again in the future.
Even I have made that mistake (yes I know it's hard to believe, but it's true) when I was a Game Master. Remember that the Game Masters are only humans, and not bots like you suggested.
This means that when dealing with several tickets at once, you might make a mistake and mix them up and send the wrong answer to players. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
I suggest that you submit your ticket again, and it will hopefully work better this time.
And just a side-note: Reposting a thread that got locked or deleted is frowned upon and not something I would recommend.

If the messages were automated, mistakes like the one described in this thread would not happen.
Please don't spread false rumors on these forums.
The Game Masters are real people, working as hard as they can. However, when humans are involved, mistakes unfortunately can and will happen.

And fyi I wasnt 'spreading false rumors' I was stating my opinion on how the job is being done (I do agree there are exceptions though). Is stating one's opinion being frowned upon as well now?
No I did not say templates were never used. What I said was that the process is not automated, which is the part of your post I reacted against.
On the copy/paste subject: Everyone has their opinion regarding that matter. I personally think it is a necessary evil in any kind of support business where you get the same question more than once.
