1 week ago now, I was the victim of what is the worst griefing in WoW I have ever seen. I was in Cenarion Hold, about to leave for Tanaris. When I was going to click the flightmaster, some alliance player mind-controlled him. By doing this, the flightmaster turned hostile to me and I hit him once with my staff instead of speaking with the npc. I quickly turned off auto-attack, but not long after some alliance mage started firing spells towards the flightmaster resulting in it dying (he stood ontop of a wall so that the flightmaster wasn't able to attack back) anyway, when the NPC died.. it resulted in myself losing 15000 reputation, just cause they had mindcontrolled the guy infront of me.
Now the first thing I did, was sending in a ticket. I didn't realy at that time know why he had turned hostile towards me or anything, but explained what had happend as far as I saw. After figuring out with a GM that it was a mindcontrol affecting it, I'm told this is working as intended. Yes that's right, the GM told me that this was "Designed this way, and not a bug and therefor I could not get my reputation back." If I wanted to take it further I would have to send an email which would be responded too in a "few days". It has gone a week now, I have gotten no response and I'm getting realy realy upset. So as a last resort I'm posting here to maybe get some attention from someone who can help me.

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about this through the forums. You have been in touch with the GMs and received a response. If you feel the response is incorrect or your petition was not handled correctly, you did the right thing in contacting WoWConcernsEU@blizzard.com. Please wait for them to get back to you.
We have forwarded the concern about this particularity of game mechanics to the developers for their consideration.
