Subject: Blizzard: Give us raids for all, not 1%
While I appreciate all new content coming in for the high levels, I wonder what blizzard is thinking adding week long random world spawns.

This goes against everything I read & loved about WoW and why I got it.

Where are our 20-25 man raid instances, protected from the uber guilds & griefing?

Why add raid content that MATHEMATICALLY precludes 99.9% of your server from ever benefitting from it, when we're CLAMORING for some in between UBRS <-> Onyxia content.

Seriously, week long random spawns where 2 items drop? This means in a year, there will be 100 loots for 15k people on my server (Blackhand).

It's not that there is no place for this type of content, but I'd rather see this type of content added later, and for you guys to concentrate on things that will let everyone participate now.

Oh... and week long timers suck. It simply prevents people who pay your game from seeing content because *GASP* they were at work.

We have some plans for some very cool "casual" raids. We've definitely received a lot of feedback that players are looking for something they can raid with about 20 people in 1-3 hours. We have a good gameplan on how we're going to implement this content.

When all is said and done, there are a lot of different people playing this game, all with different goals and playstyles. We're going to provide content for everyone. Not everyone will do everything in the game, but everyone should have their niche. Some actually enjoy rare spawns, while others loathe the concept. I can see both sides of the issue.

We have more raid content in the pipeline. Some of it is very hardcore and some of it is aimed directly at "casual" raiders.
