We believe we have identified a bug that was causing doors to relock if your raid instance closed down (for example, you killed a Boss on Tuesday and came back on Wednesday to find that boss's door locked).
We should have a hotfix up shortly to address this issue. Please post here if you are still encountering any bugs with the Naxxramas doors. The bug is very hard to reproduce because it will only occur on a heavily impacted data site (group of servers).
Also, we've provided our cusomter service reps with debug events that can fix the doors should any issues arise.
Hopefully things will be back to normal ASAP.
