it had gotten easy enough after the previous change that she was easy as $!@% with even a half assed strat.
Last night we zoned in and killed her first shot, with such ease that i (main tan) had to fight for rage the whole fight because her dps has been whipped into that of maybe drak in upper brs.
Fear is now on a what, 40sec timer? grats, even easier.
She is now a free piniatta dropping tier 2 helms, (oh that new collar is pretty nice ill admit) and another random item, and her head.
It takes 30 mins to do, why the hell are you making this $!@% easier, catering to slackers just pisses us off more.

We did not make any changes to Onyxia. We're investigating some combat-related bugs at this time. Luckily, it's one of those bugs that works in the players' favor.
I'll try to provide an update as soon as we have looked into things further and have a resolution.
