I am wondering about how OoC will work now. It says it will reduce rage or energy cost by 100%. Before it was just for mana. So my big question is can this proc in feral forms? If it does, can you still shift out and keep it on for a free heal?
Also, say I was going to hit someone with Shred with my cat, and Ooc had procced, but I only had 20 energy. Could I still use Shred or would I have to wait till I had 50 or more energy?

It does proc in Feral forms now, but I'm not certain if you can shift out and use it to heal. It stands to reason that you could, but I'm not positive.
