first of all tyvm to all of blizzard the new talents look amazing.
my only question really is this.....
this morning there were rumors of a 1 hour cooldown on moonkin form for the balance spec.
is this true or false.
and if there is a cooldown, could you tell us what it is.
and BTW a very big ty for the great job on hurricane.

No, it's not true. The "rumor" was the result of bad translations that come when people get a little over-eager. ;)
