They're getting a few spell changes.
You're getting what amounts to a complete revamp of your talent choices.
There's a bit of a difference in the amount of preparation time that takes to give to the public. :P

Q u o t e: I really hope you arent lying to us again, just like you did with the Ferocious Bite fix. The only good about 1.7, is that 1.8 is the next patch.I really hope im making the right decision about continuing to pvp on this druid.
Hopefully were nto let down again.
You have two choices when it comes to communication.
I can communicate often with you, and speak of changes when I'm able that may end up changing due to a hangup in the development or testing cycle.
Or I can communicate very little with you and only talk about things when they're absolutely, 100% slated to be in, which basically means after they've been on the Test Realm for a while.
Insinuating that I lied (which I did not; the Ferocious Bite fix was initially slated to be patched in at that time, but it was held back due to problems in testing) is a surefire way to discourage information sharing.
Treating me with respect, however, as I treat all of you, leads to a better relationship as a whole, and with hope, better insight for you folks as to the development process.[ post edited by Caydiem ]

Q u o t e: Uh Caydiem, no offense, but have you held a job outside of blizzard? I worked at Safeway and Ritz Camera, and even if the customers are @$%!@%&s to me I dont stop providing a service to them. If you dont want relay information from the devs because someone was being mean to you, then you're in the wrong field, lol!
I think you are doing an okay job, but we shouldnt have to pry information out of you. All these recent druid revelations were because the community kept asking for it. I think that you should feel obligated to post updates yourself of any relevant druid information that the devs okay to release. You need to start being more pro-active.
I worked retail and service industry jobs for several years.
Giving you the information when it's confirmed is doing my job. Communicating what's on its way when it's nebulous is a risk, the equivalent of "going the extra mile" for the customer.
