Subject: The importance of a preview
One thing I really hate about my hunter alt is that I geared him a specific way. I spent a ton of time collecting Crit gear to be exact.

Now on the whole, hunter changes are good, but I am so turned off by the fact that my choices would have been totally different if I knew then what I know now (crits got much weaker, with patch, straight Agility is better...or Agility/Stam).

What this means for druids of course is that different items will mean different things...I am sure a few druids are kicking themselves for DE'ing some +agility items in the past but that is just the tip of the iceberg. There will be other changes that will affect choices on all manner of gear.

Needing a preview is not just idle curiousity, we need to know where we are heading.

And I understand this. The developers will be looking to do a similar talent preview to the one given to Hunters this last patch.

However, I'm not sure if you followed the Hunter forums during that time, but there were some significant changes made after the preview was posted, leading to a lot of frustration and anger in the forum. They're going through everything and waiting until they're relatively certain of the changes before giving a preview, but rest assured we do plan on giving one. :)

The developers know well the reasons for a preview, but at the same time they don't want to cause another uproar. It'll come with plenty of time to plan, never you worry.
