Yes, I did say it was coming in 1.7, but things change. I know you folks are frustrated, and I understand it as a level 60 Druid myself, but sometimes there simply needs to be more time to fix something. This is the case, and I am informing you of the schedule shift. I would have told you earlier, but as I was away on a business trip I was unable to give you the information on the day the patch notes were released.
