hiya i was on these boards last night and pavonum and sonic helped me out with some account retrieval issues on my main account i was having with the photocopy of my id not being legible...i made a lighter photocopy like the email said and i think the one i sent over today will work....any update would be awesome.

I apologise for the delay in my response, Rhydian; I just got into the office a little while ago. I've spoken with Account Administration, and unfortunately am not currently able to confirm whether we have received your most recent fax -- if we have, it has yet to be processed, which makes it a tad difficult to track. I'll let you know if I hear anything, though. :)

While I'm sure that our Account Administrators shall make every effort to get in touch with you as quickly as they can, Rhydian, I'm not certain when they'll actually be e-mailing you; it may be prudent to go to sleep if you're tired. As I said, however, I'll provide an update in this thread if it comes to my attention that your fax has been processed. :)
