Subject: Very interesting...
I logged on to Bronzebeard just a few minutes ago. For whatever reason I'm PvP, even though I did not toggle PvP on, and I did not fight any players from the opposing faction. Any idea why this could have happened?

Thank you:)
Don't you come back now! Don't you turn your eyes!

Could you have possibly buffed or healed someone who was flagged for PvP, Silm?

Q u o t e:
PS: how are you feeling? I heard you felt ill last week.

I was rather ill last week; however, I'm feeling quite a bit better now. Thanks for asking. = )

As for your Pvp flag, it sounds as though something may have happened to flag you that you may have not noticed. There are no current issues to my knowledge that would cause a player to become flagged unjustly. Of course, you can ensure this flag will disappear after five minutes by toggling /pvp.

   Oh my...

Pink elephants on parade?

I think I had enough TheraFlu last week to have attended such a parade.

Batta, dear, I don't want to disagree with you. I asked my friend to flag himself as PvP and buff me. I did not get flagged. It must have been something else...any other ideas you (or others) might have?

Do it the other way around. Have him flag Pvp while you are not; then, you buff him.

I apologise for the delay, Silm; there were other matters which demanded my attention, but it was not my intention to "neglect" your question in any way. I've never heard of any issues which would cause a player to become flagged for PvP without either initiating combat with a member of the opposite faction, or buffing (or healing) a flagged member of the same faction. If you are able to find reproducible steps which seem to prove otherwise, however, I'd be interested to hear them. In the meantime, I would chalk it up to a fluke. :)

And that is my story:))

Hmm, odd. Unfortunately, it sounds as if there's something else in this equation; nothing you've described would cause you to become flagged for PvP, so far as I know. I'd watch to see if this happens again, and, if so, under what circumstances. We really need more information before further investigation can be conducted. Thanks for your help, Silm. :)
