Hi Kestrell,
The World of Warcraft website doesn't appear to be down and seems to be accessible and working fine for me. What internet browser are you using? Perhaps try shutting it down completely and restarting it up again. Previous reports have suggested this corrects issues similar to this on certain browsers.
