Well it looks like one of my accounts has be compromised. I went to log in this morning and it gave me invaild password. I went to reset the password and my secret question has been changed? How can that be? I know what it was I just used it a couple weeks ago to do a charter transfer. I waiting for CS to open up so I can call then but was wondering if any of you have ran into this issue.

Ah Skilor! I just had a reply read to go for this, and hit refresh to see the latest development - but you had resolved the issue on your own! I am glad to hear that you were able to remember your account information. ;)
I'm so sorry to hear that your account may be compromised - I dearly hope this is not the case. If it is though, I assure you that we will do everything within our power to assist you, and make this situation the least inconvenient.
