Subject: Account Retrieval
   About 3 days ago, i faxed the account retrieval form and identification proving my ownership of the account and i still haven't received a response from Blizzard. I'm wondering if Blizz received my fax or should i send again since i don't think it would take that long to process.

   Firstly, let me say that unfortunately the Game Master Department is not the department that receives such faxes; that is our Account Administration Department. Regardless, I still have some advice to offer! :)

I would recommend sending the fax again, and ensuring that it is completely legible. I would then follow up the fax with an e-mail request confirmation that the fax was received, via the contact methods listed here: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowaa/
