i lost my password, i had it in a folder on my comp, it was random, as i didnt want any1 else to guess it, i put it on a word doc on my computer and when i had it reformated i forgot about it. ive tried to get it back via the password retreival but i cant get my secret question right, its driving me insane because i really want to play again... is there anyway i can get my password back that doesnt involve the secret question? i bought a gamecard and everything to :( [ post edited by Matthetroll ]

I would recommend contacting our Billing & Account Services Department in the morning (they're in the office Mon. - Fri., 9AM-6PM Pacific Daylight Time) if you continue to encounter difficulty in accessing your account: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowbilling/
