I'm sorry to say, Noxbill, that the previous posters are correct: A character name may not be changed at a player's request under any circumstances whatsoever, unless that name is found to be in violation of our Naming Policy (linked below). No exceptions may be made to this policy, I'm afraid, but you are -- as Tandaa suggested -- encouraged to submit an in-game petition under the category of "Harassment," and report any players whose speech or activities are disrupting or otherwise diminishing your gameplay.
Additionally, it may behoove you to remember that, even if we did offer a service to change character names in such a manner, any Friends Lists, guild rosters, and crafted items would automatically update to reflect the new name; this would, effectively, nullify any possibility of the anonymity you appear to desire. That said, friend, I wish you the best. :)
