Hey there. Last week after I logged onto my account after a vaction I noticed that all my toons were naked, and it seemed someone had hacked into my acount, hereby gaining 14 nexus crystals and a bunch of gold.
Anyways, I contacted a GM who was very helpful, and he shut down my account for security. I faxed you guys the ID papers today, and my account is back up and running. Kudos to you all for the quick service.
This leads to my question: When do I get my epics back? It may sound pretty straight forward - but is there anyway to check progress? It really sucks missing Naxx raids.
I understand you have to investigate the matter. I understand your security guidelines, and I'm not here to complain about the job you people at the account office are doing. I'm just looking for an ETA on my gear. Thanks for any help you could offer. :D

Hello Carthonas,
I have inquired into your investigation. It seems that your case has already been fully investigated and at the very least has also already had the restoration started. I would recommend that you log into your character and check on the progress. Perhaps your reimbursement is complete already. Good luck.
