Subject: account retrieval issue
   hi i recently had my main account compromised and i have been going through the account retrieval process to get it back.....tuesday i faxed all the papers needed to get the account back including the notarization papers and also a photocopy of my drivers liscence. They emailed me back around 8:00 est on tuesday night saying that the photocopy did not turn out and was illegible. Wed. morning i went to staples and got a high quality color photo copy instead of the black and white one i had gotten from the grocery store and i resent all the papers with the new copy of the drivers liscence. I also sent an email to account admin telling them that i resent it and making sure that the new copy worked. I was just wondering if it is normal for me not to recieve any update since wednesday or if someone else has maybe done this before and can give me an idea of how long it will take....i was thinking it would have been done by wednesday night seeing as how they sent an email tuesday night when i sent it on tuesday but i figured maybe they were busy....but now that they didnt send me anything today im wondering what the status is....i would like to be able to play the account this weekend and i dont think they will be processing my request after friday....any info would be great.

   I've looked into this matter, Rhydian, and it would appear that your most recent fax was, regrettably, still illegible; I've taken the liberty of speaking to an Account Administration representative, who shall ensure that you receive an e-mail with more information regarding why we were unable to accept the fax. While you are, of course, welcome to try sending the Account Retrieval Form via fax once again, it may be prudent to consider mailing it instead as per the instructions on the form -- although it may take a bit longer for us to receive your information, chances are good that we'll be able to read it and assist further in restoring access to your account. In any case, friend, I wish you the best. :)
