I've looked into this matter, Rhydian, and it would appear that your most recent fax was, regrettably, still illegible; I've taken the liberty of speaking to an Account Administration representative, who shall ensure that you receive an e-mail with more information regarding why we were unable to accept the fax. While you are, of course, welcome to try sending the Account Retrieval Form via fax once again, it may be prudent to consider mailing it instead as per the instructions on the form -- although it may take a bit longer for us to receive your information, chances are good that we'll be able to read it and assist further in restoring access to your account.
