Hello,
I just logged in at 3:15 and my main character, my only character is gone. The Character name is Gortanis and is on the Feathermoon server.
I've created a level 1 alt on this account to submit a ticket, but everything I have invested in this game is on the character that is missing.
Absolutely no one has my account information and I am the only person living here using this account. Any help you can provide will be much appreciated.

Hi Gortina,
I would recommend that you take the advice above and open a ticket to a Game Master regarding your character. In the petition give your character's name and realm. The Game Master will take a look and try to determine whether your account was compromised or not. Good luck Gortina.
