Hello,
Ever since I have transfered off Arthas to Mal'Ganis the GM help has been non exsistant. It's starting to aggrevate me more and more. I have opened 4 tickets in the last week or so and none of them have been answered. Today I opened my ticket at 11:45am EST and it is now 5 PM est, and yet...still no answer.
What I wanted to know is if Blizzard had any intentions on fixing the Enigma Robe glove bug. It's pretty annoying and totaly unessesary. If you dont know what I'm talking about let me explain. Ever since I got my Enigma Robes off of C'thun the glove graphics are bugged on and off. Sometimes they will work correctly and other times they will not(usually when im loading or have loaded). I have asked a few other mages with the Robes and it happens to them as well so its not only my problem.

To answer the primary concern of this thread, Asuss, our development staff are aware of the graphical anomalies that occur with the Enigma Robes and are currently working to have this resolved. The graphical issue that occurs is enigmatic, to say the least. ; )
I will further research the way in which your petitions have been handled on Mal'Ganis and get back to you with my findings.

You're welcome, Asuss. I assure you it was pure coincidence that a Game Master assisted you after your creation of this thread. ; )
I reviewed your petition history a bit and found that you had submitted two petitions from this character on Mal'Ganis prior to the one that was answered today. Both of these petitions appear to have been closed before receiving a response from a Game Master. If a petition is closed before we are able to reach you, the ticket is removed from our queue altogether. I hope this helps clarify the situation. = )
