On June 19th my account was closed due to the password being stolen and my characters striped of their gear and gold. 1 week later the account was reopened but the items were not restored. I have been waiting since then for an item restore on all my characters or a roll back of some sort, The GM's I spoke with said it may be a few weeks but now we are going on 7 weeks. This process is taking a very long time and I am unable to raid with my guild during this time. Can someone look into this issue and make sure it is still being investigated and why it is taking so long.

Hey Gundo. Our records indicate that the investigation was concluded and multiple items were restored to your character on July 26th. An email was sent to the address on account record explaining this as well. Can you confirm that you received items from us and a corresponding email?

I have confirmed that the email was sent to the address on account record. You may want to ensure that there are no filters blocking emails from us.
In any event, I have internally forwarded this issue onto those who handled your case for further review. I will get back to you as soon as possible, Gundo; however, I'm unable to guarantee a response by today. I do apologize for the confusion of this situation and appreciate your patience as I work to determine what may have happened in this case.
