Hi,
I just logged on this morning at about 8:30am, and discovered that most of my items have disappeared. I was in Silithus at the time and did NOT destroy any of my items. Most of the equipment I was wearing is now gone, along with most things in my bags, even the default bag you get when you start the game is gone. Only things I have left are my totems, hearth stone, and a fire resist ring that was originally in my Bank (I have no clue how it ended up in my inventory??).
Then I hearthed to Orgimmar to check my bank, low and behold, all my items and bags are gone also! The only thing left is 1 bag, and some odd herbs.
I've submitted a trouble ticket, but still havent heard anything from a GM. How long will it take to get my items restored? After this happening, I dont even want to play anymore.

Hey guys. This is an issue which our database administrators are currently very actively investigating in an attempt to come up with a resolution. Like some of the other issues we've seen in the last fourteen hours, this appears to be related to the rolling restarts performed last night. I'd like to assure you that, thus far in all specific cases reported to us by players in-game, we've found that the missing inventory is not lost. It seems as though this is a display issue which we hope to have corrected as soon as possible. In the mean time, we do greatly appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing.

Yes this issue should now have been corrected. If you are still seeing your inventory in this state you may need to log out fully and then back onto your character again.
